This was an interesting project. The building pad had a difference of approximately 60″ in site elevation.

The existing endwall was skewed. There was an existing 60″ x 75′ reinforced concrete wall that needed to remain and be worked into the building design. One sidewall needed to have a raised grade beam to allow for storm drainage control.
